Using tubidy means you accept the terms on this page. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

What tubidy is

tubidy is a free web service for keeping YouTube videos as MP3 sound files or MP4 video files for yourself. Features may be added, changed or paused whenever needed.

Personal use only

Use tubidy for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reselling it, wrapping it in a paid product or passing it off as yours is not allowed.

Copyright and YouTube's terms

Save only content you own, content that is free to use, or content you have permission to keep. Respecting copyright law and YouTube's Terms of Service is your responsibility. tubidy does not support piracy.

Things you must not do

• Use the service to break any law or to save illegal content.
• Send automated requests, scrape the service or overload it.
• Try to break, probe or get around how the service works.
• Use tubidy to harm other people or their rights.

What the service can and can't do

Videos top out at 1080p and audio comes as MP3 with bitrates up to 320 kbps. We can only handle public videos. At times the service can be slow, busy or offline, and some videos simply can't be fetched.

No connection to YouTube

tubidy is run independently and has no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from YouTube or Google. YouTube is a registered trademark owned by Google LLC.

No warranty

tubidy comes "as is" and "as available", without guarantees. We can't promise it will always run, be error-free or suit your needs.

Our liability

To the extent the law permits, tubidy accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused by using the service or being unable to use it, including lost data or files. Your use of tubidy is at your own risk.

Reporting a copyright problem

Think something saved with tubidy breaks your copyright? Email contact@mp3juice.baby, including the video link, a brief description of your work and how to reach you. Each report is checked and handled promptly.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised now and then; the date near the top shows the current version. Carrying on with tubidy after an update means you accept the revised terms.
